My experience with the company was amazing, I called and spoke with Gil, explained to him what i was seeing in my basement bee’s buzzing around my basement..I sent him a picture on a Sunday last minute, on labor day weekend he responded explained my options over the phone of what he could do. Guaranteed me that he could remove the bees . He show up to my house with in 1hr of or conversation.. did a brief assessment of the outside of my house.. Gil suited up work from the outside , enter the basement found 2 (yellow jack bee’s nest).. once job was complete he explain what he did and cleared the nest, I was happy and pleased followed up with me with 2 phone calls. After encountering some unwelcome rodents in my apartment, I found Gil’s great online reviews and called him. Both over the phone and in person he was so responsive and knowledgeable, and I so appreciated his treating my problem with an urgency as though it were his. I highly recommend him.

Gil of stars exterminating was so kind and thoughtful explaining the removal of a very large and dangerous hornets nest could not have been happier with service and price accommodating us at last min on a holiday and in a time window that he stuck too .
