Move Breathe Live (MBL) is a supportive environment that focuses on providing a space for individuals to explore their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With the mantra "Move Freely, Breathe Fully, & Live Authentically," MBL offers a range of fitness classes and workshops that aim to develop strength, coordination, balance, and mobility, while also incorporating breath work, stretching, embodiment, and mindfulness. At MBL, the mission is to help people feel comfortable and safe while they work on improving their overall health. The coaches are known for their wisdom, compassionate guidance, and the ability to tailor workouts to suit each person's abilities and needs. The classes cater to all experience and fitness levels, providing a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. MBL offers a unique fitness experience with motivation, community, and fun built in. Julianna is a wealth of knowledge that creates programming with thought and meaning. There are modifications for all levels of fitness. The instructors consider the needs of each member. Your competition is you. The instructors encourage me to challenge myself each class. I feel stronger and more balanced than ever before. I have been a member for over 4 years.

It has taken almost four years (thanks covid) but I feel like I have finally found an amazing space that has inspired me to work out again. Move Breath Live, thank you for providing a safe space of encouragement and variety! The workouts are challenging and exactly what this post covid body needs. I highly recommend MBL if you are looking for a facility with your mind, body & soul at heart!
