We brought our cat, Kitts, to White Plains Veterinary Hospital for an illness (weight loss and vomiting) and Kitts was cared for by Dr.Lee. He attended to her with compassion, knowledge and professionalism. I like Dr. Lee because he speaks to you in person and in a personal and friendly manner. He provided options with explanation. He even followed up with a phone call and emails. Thank you for the caring work. Dr. Lee will always be our kids’ (cats) doctor.
Our prior Vet told us that our cat Steel needed dental work. Since he was not eating. WP Veterinary Hospital had compassion for the seriousness of the issue and allowed for immediate attention. After their care, Steel is almost back to normal with food consumption. Although Steel did have an adverse reaction to the Mirataz. After 48 hours he is much better and also avoided unnecessary dental work. Great place, big cat hearts!
i recently came back with my cat willow & doctor lee was fantastic! the tech and him were so gentle and took into account willow was obviously very nervous. they allowed me to pet her and talk to her to help her calm down. the lady at the front check in was also wonderful. they answered any questions i might have and were super supportive. i got there early- a half an hour early. & was still taken before my appointment. we were in & out in less than 20 mins for a routine exam & vaccinations. 10000000% recommend.
