I asked that a plumber be sent to my home to replace 3 valves under my kitchen sink and disconnect the kitchen faucet. The plumber who arrived asked for $800 for a job that took about 2 hours. I told him the price was exorbitant and he replied the company charges by the job not by the hour. When I asked him how they determine the charge he said they decide when they get there. We finally agreed on a price of $650. I needed to have the job done that day otherwise I would have told him to leave. I called White Plains Plumbing and basically they said there was nothing they were willing to do. Never use this company.
