I had an issue with an outside outlet that kept tripping repeatedly. I called White Electric, and immediately received a text and email confirming the date, time, and the name of the electrician who would be performing the work. A wonderful booking experience.

It turned out the problem was simply a bad light causing the outlet to trip, and the outlet housing had been installed upside down. Since there wasn't anything major to fix, I thanked them for their time, and they left. However, after they had left, the electrician called me back to ask if it would be okay to return and flip the housing to its correct position. I was grateful and agreed.

These guys are top notch. I've used them on multiple occasions and have always been extremely satisfied. This is an example of a business where you get what you pay for. White is not the cheapest, but in exchange for the premium, you get to deal with a professionally run electrical contracting firm. There's always someone there to answer the phone. The estimator shows up when he says he will, as does the crew.

They had a difficult time dealing with the electrical in my old house and spent 2 days on location. They did not charge me more than the estimate even though the job was very time consuming. The one tech had a bit of an anger management issue but otherwise these guys are great.
