Had a few hiccups in the past, but today was a 10/10 experience. I visited the 210 location in White Plains and had to go between Ortho and Urgent Care. From the front desk staff to the assistants, nurses, doctor, and patient navigator—everyone I encountered was incredibly polite and professional. Thank you for truly starting my day off on a positive note!
I attended Summit Health early Monday because of 4-days of general malaise, nausea, and weakness ..feeling weak on my legs. Because of 2 past intestinal obstructions, of course I was worried about a possible reoeat.I was very happy with the physician, Dr. Wan, as he took pertinent questions from my history and did a thorough exam. He was able to fit the recent symptoms into a satisfying whole.
I was there for a few hours waiting for test resumts. The person at the front desk, Isabel was very kind when checking me in, kept me informed and was very nice to all the other patients, even those that were not polite to her.
