Ana is fantastic. I have been looking for someone who can help me with aches and pains of being an active 60-something woman. Normally I am unable to fully relax unless my masseuse is someone I know, but Ana had a the energy, personality and touch that allowed me to be at ease and release the tension I was holding. I’m interested in mind/body connections and healing and Ana gets that and is able to really help with the discomfort of holding too much in the body. 👍🏼🙏🏼
