The Recruiters are professional in their work. Recruiting in this county can be hard at times but I’ve seen them work their hardest to reach out to qualified individuals. The recruiters are accommodating and are always willing to help you no matter what time it is. A few months ago I was not happy about my college experience, and after thinking about the Marine Corps all throughout high school, I decided to contact Sergeant Chesnut (who is unfortunately retiring soon) and I can say he single-handedly changed my life. I enlisted in April and shipped out in June. Although my time in the Delayed Entry Program was shorter than most, it really helped me out in preparing for boot camp. I didn’t realize this until returning from boot camp but the PT sessions that the recruiters hold here are very similar to the PT sessions in recruit training. The applicants and Poolees are motivated and I can tell they are eager to ship out to recruit training.
