The level of professionalism at the office was amazing and way above par. From the prescreening to the day of the procedure and the follow up, they didn't skip a beat. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional every step of the way. I was extremely nervous, and Dr. Abramson kept me very relaxed, and told me about every step and expectation and what was going to happen next during the procedure. All my anxiety was kept at a minimum and I'm so happy I finally got this done. I highly recommended TLC if you are considering corrective surgery.
Dr.Anramson and her staff are amazing. I had the surgery yesterday, I am seeing great today with out my glasses. My only regret is that I waited so long. Highly recommend TLC.
I highly recommend TLC at White Plains! Dr. Jodi Abramson was amazing and so was the rest of the staff! My consultation went smoothly, all my questions were answered, and I was able to get my LASIK eye surgery scheduled for the following week! Since Dr. Abramson was away on vacation during my consultation she did call me the evening before my appointment to go over my eye charts and explain exactly what was going to happen at the appointment. The day of the surgery, Samantha, the manager, was so helpful with making sure I was relaxed and comfortable since she could tell I was nervous. Everything went great, the procedure itself was quick, less than 30mins altogether and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Jodi even sent me a text message that evening checking in on me and making sure I was doing ok! Overall, I couldn’t have had a better experience and my only regret is that I didn’t get it done sooner! 🙌🏻
