The Opus is a jewel of Westchester with exceptional service in a tastefully artsy setting. I got ready and stayed here, along with my bridal party, for my wedding at Kanopi atop the penthouse (a gem in itself). Ronelle, Opus’s Meeting & Special Events Manager, was exceptional -- she coordinated our room blocks, put in a special request for extra early check-in so I could get ready with ample time (with a steamer/director’s chair at no cost), cleared the 2nd floor landing for my first look photo shoot, and sent us chocolate and prosecco to our suite, impeccably timed to the ending of our wedding. Just fantastic. Had a 90-minute deep tissue massage scheduled and had the pleasure of having Louisa as my masseuse and she did an amazing job. So often, deep tissue massages are done improperly being too rough but I’m still left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed! I would 100% book again just to have Louisa again! As far as the facilities, they’re beautiful. Clean, luxurious, relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and I able to order lunch easily with the front desk attendant and it was promptly brought poolside right to me and it was delicious. My total for the day was $400 (gratuity auto included, meal w/ tip and tax) and I feel it was well worth it! Check out... read full review

I've had many excellent experiences here, but have found that the treatments are a little inconsistent lately. The staff is delightful and very professional. But the quality of the massages is not always what it used to be. They also don't give you a choice on the gratuity. You can't decide what you want to tip. At this price point, that's frustrating. That defeats the purpose of the tip. They should just charge $300 for the massage and stop calling it something else.
