Excellent new owner. I had previously had my phone fixed here using a groupon. Immediately I could see that it wasn't a great job as the screen color was off but hey - it cost me $70 instead of $300 with Apple. Within a few weeks the screen began to flicker and steadily got worse. I went back to the store and spoke to Johnathan who advised he just took over the business. I explained the situation and he gave me his number and told me to come back during a weekday when he would be less busy and he would replace it. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge. Considering I was not really HIS customer, the service provided out of his own pocket was exceptional! Thanks again Johnathan. I hope this review leads to a few more people using your services...
Stopped by Apple with a dead phone. After 2 hours they couldn't do anything other than offer a new phone. These guys here fixed it in less than 5 mins, replaced the battery and it was $40. Amazing!!!!!
I'm extremely impressed by the service and professionalism here on August 1, 2016. I had dirt behind the rear-facing camera, inside the case of my iPhone 5s. I went to the Apple Store and had to wait 75 minutes just to have a technician look at it. They told me that it can't be repaired and my only option is to replace the phone. On a whim I had the folks here (just 20 feet outside the Apple Store) look at it. They quoted a price of $35 and time of 20 minutes to repair it. Because my phone case previously had damage, it took Leshev (sp?) a bit longer to fix it, so he only charged me $20. In chatting with him while he was working on the phone, he knew that I was from out of town. He really didn't have to give me a discount, as it is highly unlikely that I'll be a repeat customer, but he did so anyway. Frankly, I would have been content to pay the quoted price. In summary, nice competent guys. I highly recommend using them.
