    Have trained with David for a couple of years now, with a break in between when he had to move to a different facility, but we were reunited and back in the game! David is experienced and knowledgeable in the nutrition and training field. Gives 1:1 attention and devises practical individualized training+eating plan based on your goals. Always keeps up to date with the latest stuff out there and debunks through research and practice what does and doesn't work. So happy to be training with him again!
