I found Royal Red Carpet Cleaning on Google. I called and spoke with Raymond made an appointment with him for Wednesday 12/23/20. We began talking about an appointment I had booked Last week for today Monday 12/21/20 with another company that I called to confirm the appointment with the company and the individual who was supposed to be in my apartment between 2pm and 2:30pm. Which the individual who stated he owned the Cleaning carpet company last minute decided to text me and gave me a bunch of stories which quite frankly I didn't care to hear he was supposed to come to do a job and it was an appointment that was made a week ago and he never showed up never called I called spoke to him briefly on the phone and then he said he was coming and then decided that he couldn't come. So I decided to Google carpet cleaning companies because I needed my carpet cleaned before the holidays and I have been waiting for a very long time to have them cleaned I found Royal Red carpet Cleaning company on Google and I decided to give a call and spoke to Raymond who is the owner he stated of the company we began to talk about my situation and we booked the appointment as I stated earlier in the beginning of the conversation for Wednesday between noon and 1:00 p.m. or so. As we continue speaking he sounded very professional very nice person and I have asked him if he could come today he said he was busy and booked and he couldn't make it but he would come on Wednesday which was the 24th a day before Christmas so I got a little sad over that and I guess he kind of felt that and he was so kind and he said to me you know I just had a cancellation and I will be heading your way to clean your carpet today I should be in your house by 2:30 or so to clean your carpet I couldn't believe that he said that and that he actually showed up and did the job he cleaned my two bedrooms and he did it quickly and he did it extremely well it's very professional I would use this company again to clean my carpet and I would use Raymond to do it because I like the way he cleaned the carpet especially that I had a little bit of paint on it due to the fact that I had my rooms painted and he did the best he could to remove whatever he could of the paint. So I'm very happy with the job that he did and with Raymond who did it I would recommend this company to my friends and family ask for Raymond he's he's the man!!!

The best carpet cleaning company to use!. On Saturday, February 23, 2019, I called Royal Red Carpet Cleaning. It was a last minute decision to clean my carpet and Raymond, the owner was able to accommodate me. The owner, Raymond Earle is a true professional!. He is polite, neat and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. If you live in an old building, Raymond also has his own power plugs so fuses are not blown. Not only was he 15 minutes early to prep, move furniture and set up, he tidied up and made sure that everything was back in place. My bedroom carpet looks brand new. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use his company for my carpet needs and anyone else in my building who needs a good and reputable carpet cleaning service.
