The customer service in this place is great, showed me a few rings for my wedding and on very short notice engraved our rings and had it ready that same day. I didn't expect it can be done but was more than happy to make it happen for us

I purchased my very first piece of jewelry here when I turned 21 while in college. I’m now 27 and still shop here today. My #1 go to spot for great quality and price. Always a warm welcome and the customer service is amazing. Every interaction is genuine and not rushed. Feels like home every time I visit. If I could give more stars I would.

This place is great! I'm so glad that I found it! I was looking for a jewelry store in the area. I needed one of my pieces repaired and found this place. I called and left a message. They called me back relatively quickly (the same day) and told me to bring in my jewelry so they could assess it. They were able to give me a price quote and had the materials in stock to repair my piece as I waited. They do a lot of repairs for other Westchester jewelry shops as well. My jewelry was repaired while I was there. Within 30 minutes, my ring was fixed and than new. They cleaned and shined my ring as well. I'll definitely be back with other pieces I have.
