More than a decade ago, I started going to this office to see Dr. Jay Lerman, who was a phenomenal dermatologist. I stopped going to him because he retired recently, and since then, I've seen Dr. Fried a few times. I've had hair loss from lupus occasionally for 11 years and I've used a few products since then to re-grow my hair when it falls out from time to time. I was a new patient at this facility and let’s say I will never go there again the receptionist at the front desk is beyond disrespectful and very unprofessional. I called to complain that it took them a week to have my prescription sent to my pharmacy and I was hung up by their receptionist they do not care if you are there they will curse at each other as if they are out in streets. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Whoever is thinking about going there DONT !

This office is the poorest run doctor’s office I have ever encountered. The doctor himself is not bad, but it says volumes that he allows his office to be run this way. I have been waiting a month for a prescription to be called in to my pharmacy. Ridiculous
