“Just fantastic. Had a 90-minute deep tissue massage scheduled and had the pleasure of having Louisa as my masseuse and she did an amazing job. So often, deep tissue massages are done improperly being too rough but I’m still left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed! I would 100% book again just to have Louisa again! As far as the facilities, they’re beautiful. Clean, luxurious, relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and I able to order lunch easily with the front desk attendant and it was promptly brought poolside right to me and it was delicious. My total for the day was $400 (gratuity auto included, meal w/ tip and tax) and I feel it was well worth it! Check out was done by a lovely attendant who promptly charged my card on file, with my permission, while simultaneously validating my parking and calling down for my car, took 3 minutes! Being only an hour drive from the NorthShore, I’ll surely be back with my mom!“
