Do not use this practice. They recently merged with White Plains Hospital, and I cannot get in touch with my doctor. The old app (Healow) does not work, and I’ve left several messages on the new Montefiore My Chart app and still no response. I’ve also left several voice messages, but none have been returned. I have a prescription that needs to be refilled and is now going on one 1/2 weeks without a new script or any contact from the office. Horrible and completely unprofessional.

I have been going to this practice for several years now. They recently merged with White Plains Hospital, and you cannot get any response from the office. I have left several messages with the office over the past week and a half to get one of my prescriptions refilled, as well as left several messages on the patient portal/app specifically requesting a refill. Not only has my refill not been processed, but nobody from the office has reached out to me. This is absurd and highly unprofessional.
