I am writing to give Emily my highest recommendation as a doula and massage therapist!My wife and I worked with Emily as a doula for the birth of our third child, which was my second delivery. Emily was a valuable source of information leading up to and during the birth -- including giving us tips when the baby was still breech at 28 weeks, helping us decide how to navigate the induction process when I went past my due date, and providing advice on how to manage pain without an epidural during a much faster than expected progression of labor. Wow - if I can give Emily 10++ stars I would. I will never be able to have a massage from anyone else without wishing it was Emily. It’s like she reads my mind and knows what body parts need work and attention. Emily was not only my massage therapist during my first pregnancy, but a huge support system before, during, and after labor. She truly is passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable in her field. When I would come in with aches and pains, I’d leave feeling like a new woman. She knows exactly the points on my body to work on to get me feeling great again both mind and body. Run don’t walk!

Emily is the best. I have worked with her as both my massage therapist and doula. I suffer from chronic pain and have never truly had a massage that helped me until Emily. Her knowledge and technique are beyond anyone I've ever worked with. She is also happy to share information about the muscles she's working on, exercises and other things that could benefit you.As a doula, Emily was exactly what we needed. After a traumatic first birth I was very nervous about my second. Emily was there EVERY step of the way. She made me feel safe and advocated for. She made my husband feel included. I couldn't imagine doing any of it without her!
