They don’t know how to book appointments - you always have to wait - a long time.
Can’t comment on the dentist because they change all the time.
The hygienist is horrible. She goes really fast and it feels like she misses a few spots. I really don’t get that “fresh from the dentist feeling” with her. Plus she’s not friendly at all
The front desk staff are amazing, professional, helpful, kind and caring. You are never rushed when asking questions. They will always work hard to get you the appointment you ask for. They work hard dealing with the insurance companies. The Doctors are awesome, very professional, kind and caring. They take time to listen to your dental problems. My husband and I love the practice. We lucked out when we moved and found them.
Had an emergency where part of a filling broke off tooth. Was able to get appt as new patient. Didn’t know what to expect but staff from front desk to X-ray tech to dentist were very respectful. I have schedule a future appt.
