Evolve is not only an awesome gym with challenging classes and motivating instructors, it's also a friendly community. Many people have been working out there for years--a testament to the quality of the facilities and atmosphere--but newcomers are warmly welcomed. Everyone gets a customized experience to meet them at their level and leave sweaty and happy!

Truly an experience. Great music, small boot camp size with excellent support. I never felt intimated or like I had to keep up if I was unable to do a certain work out. There were people of all kinds of athletic backgrounds which made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend Mike's boot camp to anyone looking to try a class that is not like the rest...because it's better

All around AMAZING! You can sign up for any gym anywhere you want, but what you don't get is that feeling of family like at Evolve! Chris and Mike are both wonderful and extremely professional trainers who care about each and every person and their goals! Workouts are always changing and challenging and they keep you motivated! We needed a gym like this in downtown White Plains!
