The service is always great starting from the receptionist to the optometrist. I have always been treated with courtesy and the optometrist does a very thorough job in examing my eyes. The optometrist takes her time in examing and I always come out with great eyeglasses as well as contact lenses. I would highly recommend them.
I went to the White Plain NY location and had a very different experience than I had before. Senika helped me and she was wonderful. I wasn’t rushed she talked me through each step. She was very hospitable. Even when I went to pick up my glasses she greeted me and made sure everything was how we ordered together.
