I hired George McCombe to replace my roof. From the beginning a positive feedback. George came himself and estimated the job . He then wrote up a proposal which was very explanatory and detailed. The price is very affordable and the best around. George and his crew were in and out in one day. They are very professional and efficient working crew. *No*one wants to go through the lice experience, but when my son had them I took him and myself (with my very long hair) to LLOW. They started treating him right away (they have movies for the kiddos while the treatment sits) and they thoroughly checked my hair while he waited. The facilities are clean and the staff cleaned surfaces and tools multiple times throughout the process. They’re very friendly and Francine was super informative and knowledgeable, showing me how I could check my son’s hair. A larger brand of clinics quoted me a much higher price and used a machine that seemed gimicky to me. Highly recommended LLOW for peace of mind.

I wanted to get a haircut because I'm going to the hospital tomorrow for routine procedure. A lot of the places were charging 30 so I went to storms and I asked the man and he said 25 so I went there the barber who gave me my haircut. Alfredo was very nice. I enjoyed the place so I think I'm gonna go there from now on. It's nicely lit and people are friendly. He only charged me 25 and I walked out happy, feeling good. It's in a nice location a block from my home as well.

The Opus is a jewel of Westchester with exceptional service in a tastefully artsy setting. I got ready and stayed here, along with my bridal party, for my wedding at Kanopi atop the penthouse (a gem in itself). Ronelle, Opus’s Meeting & Special Events Manager, was exceptional -- she coordinated our room blocks, put in a special request for extra early check-in so I could get ready with ample time (with a steamer/director’s chair at no cost), cleared the 2nd floor landing for my first look photo shoot, and sent us chocolate and prosecco to our suite, impeccably timed to the ending of our wedding. My niece/nephew loved the indoor pool, and the fitness room was excellent for an early morning workout before checkout! We also love the lobby bar – classy with local light bites.

This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. He did, and if you need plumbing work, you NEED TO CONTACT THESE HONEST PEOPLE!The price to repair the leaky outside faucet by All-Self was ONLY $211.33.I am stunned to think how the other plumber meant to take advantage of me. I had a problem with my sewer line that was causing a back up and a gurgling toilet. I called one company to come and take a look and they snaked the line but were not able to clear the line. They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. Juan and Esteban came out and were able to clear the line with the water jetting. They left my sewer line in perfect working order and saved me thousands of dollars. This will now be my go to company for any future issues. I highly recommend them.

I've worked with Gedney Electric for years and have been consistently impressed by the quality of their work. They are true Master Electricians with a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise.The first job I worked with them on was to run a new feed to an dental suite in an existing, occupied building. I was overseeing the job for the Landlord. It was a tough job routing everything through the existing building, above hung ceilings etc. I have never seen a crew keep their work area so clean. They were vacuuming the halls behind them as they moved. We had no complaints from any tenants and they finished the job shockingly fast.Their attention to detail and consideration of everyone involved is a testament to their leadership under Ray Martin and how the business is run.

This company is so good I had them do two major projects. They installed a new sprinkler system to replace the one that was all broken. They did a great job and re-designed the layout to be so much better. They also stoned our chimney exterior. This was something I was going to do when we built our house but we didn't trust the builder. It came out incredible. The masons hand cut every stone and it looks amazing. I highly recommend these guys and I am happy to share.

Dr. Sirota not only as a gentleman, but he cares about you from the you walk in his door, to the minute you leave his door. He reaches out to you by phone after you've left sometimes just to make sure everything's OK. To me he is an extraordinary Chiropractor that uses the state of the art techniques and is always up on what's best to help cure people's issues. It may not always work the first time, but you can guarantee that he's gonna make sure he figures out how he can help you be in comfort. I highly recommend his services, and wouldn't see anybody other than him. If you haven't already ventured into his office, you owe it to yourself to do so.!

Magnificent family of healers
Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain. I left feeling like my wellness was the goal. Very excited to be a patient here, excited for the future of my healing, and for once, will be a returning patient to a chiropractic office! They honestly kind of saved my life... My skull was twisted, arm was dangling from its socket and jaw was busted just a few months ago... I am not exaggerating when I state that Dr. Silverman changed my life. I suffered from intermittent lower back pain and spasms for decades before seeking treatment from Dr. Silverman. Through Active Release Technique (ART) and other treatments, my back issues were remedied after two appointments. I make an appointment anytime I have an injury from overdoing it when training, and I always leave Dr. Silverman's office feeling as good as new. I learned a lot with Tommy he showed me how to parallel park, 3 point and all the rules of the traffic. Most importantly he made me build up confidence behind the wheel.
For the most part, the instructors do a good job of making you more comfortable on the road, and explaining to you how to correct your mistakes. They also do a great job teaching three point turns and parallel parking. Plus, the price is unmatched anywhere else that I've seen in Westchester!
