I stopped by Liberty Lock to inquire about fixing an intricate double door lock that had frozen I was asked if the lock was Anderson, but I didn't know. It was explained to me exactly how to unfreeze the lock if it was in fact an Anderson, which is notorious for this problem. It was suggested that I try this remedy on my own and only if unsuccessful should I call for a service visit. Solution was successful and I saved having the service call. The least I could do is give Liberty a big shout out. Thank you.

We asked in town where we could have a key made & were directed to Liberty by a young police officer. We had quick, courteous service, everyone was polite & friendly & of course the key worked perfectly. I highly recommend.

Referred me to a car dealer, because of key programming requirements, honest and upfront about their services. Would definitely use them again (but I don't live here so I probably won't need to!)
