Called for service. Misdiagnosed the problem & accidentally turned off the hot water in the house... then they told us to call several additionally vendors to fix. The manager Vinny got upset that we called other vendors & said that THEY could fix all the issues. He refused to find out what the problem was and was actually so rude. Someone recommend Forget to us. We used them 7 years ago to install a new heating unit. They didn't install it correctly and as a result our unit that should last 20 years, needs to be replaced. The company wouldn't try to rectify their mistake. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUSS THE OWNER IS NOT HONEST.
