This is our second car with Alfa Romeo. They were able to fit me in last minute before an out of town trip with our stelvio, shout out to Sean, he is always willing to help and remembers me by name!! Everyone is very friendly but special shout out to Sean !!
TL;DR
Alfa Romeo of Westbury Service is fantastic. Clean operations and transparent about everything! Friendly staff and efficient work. Be potentially prepped for them to have your car a bit longer than you'd expect, but take pride in knowing you're getting it back much better than you left it!
I had been kicked around from local shop to shop with several issues they couldn't seem to diagnose. I spent so much to never have my issues fixed. After giving up with them, I decided to go to Alfa's Service center as a last ditch resort. I very much regret not coming sooner!

Previous dealerships I’ve gone to in regards to getting something fixed on my car has always been a nightmare experience. This location has exceeded my expectations with how smooth and stress free everything was. Miranda was very professional and informative and assisted me in getting a loaner car with no hassle.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
