TechRunner IT was brought in to our company from a co-worker and I cannot say enough great things about them. We are a small business, so having in house IT is not an option. Our past experiences with off site IT was slow, unresponsive and hard to manage. Since I am the liason between the employees and the IT Support company, it was important that we have a well balanced relationship. TechRunner IT is that perfect relationship. I've known Dan for some time as a business acquaintance, recently I moved to a new company and one of the project's we had lined up was moving our servers to Azure.I reached out to Dan and he let me know they'd be able to help me map out, plan, and create the Azure environment which would allow me to focus on other work items while they were doing this.I'm currently working with Jake who's leading the charge in creating the environment and I honestly cannot say enough good thing about him. We had a great experience with TechRunner. We had a common but time consuming issue off multiple computers all not talking, files being stuck on different drives, apps not being accessed by the person who should have credentials to use them. TechRunner sorted us out, got our Microsoft 365 fixed up, and helped us continue to work safe during the pandemic
