Definitely highly recommend this company Quality Homes USA. Inc. After a bad experience with a different company this company came out and delivered what we were told in getting a roof done salesperson was extra nice Chris who was our project manager super extra nice also we would like to highly recommend this company they are not about nonsense the Dublin's family wish this company nothing more but lots of blessing in everything that they do thank you very much God bless

After a rough start with some issues, they went out of their way and fixed the one area of the roof that was not properly done and offered a discount. Owner was professional and Chris the project manager was excellent. Glad it all ended well, though at first, was not happy at all. Roof looks great and no leaks so a happy customer

My experience working with Quality Homes USA has been an excellent one that exceeded my expectations. Booking an appointment was simple and straightforward with Marie. The first step was to have a consultation of the roof, so my parents and I sat down with Lenny, the project manager and he broke down every step of the process for us. He incorporated an informative presentation along with roofing samples and in depth descriptions that the roof replacement would entail. Lenny stayed for about 2 hours, and my parents and I definitely weren't expecting such an extensive consultation, but we felt reassured that the company would truly deliver. He was also patient as I had to translate for my parents after each step, and attentive in addressing any questions that we had. He even cracked a few jokes here and there and the 2 hours flew by quickly as we really enjoyed his company. So we decided to reinstall the entire roof with the exception of a small section in the back and close up 2 skylights, transforming the asphalt shingles to slate. By the end of the consultation, we were excited to proceed forward. So we arranged an appointment with Patrick 2 days later and he came to inspect the interior and exterior of the home. He was mindful to observe the skylights, areas of potential leakage and the wooden structure from the attic. Patrick was running a little late from a previous appointment but we were notified in advance. He was careful to inspect each area. He was friendly, patient and clear in informing us about the project. Due to the rainfall the following week, Quality Homes USA postponed the job to the next week. We made sure to clear the driveway, and they delivered the plywood and other materials a day prior to the job. The roof replacement was a 2 day job, requiring a team of 6-7 workers. They came around 8am ready to go and stayed until 7pm. Rudy the contractor, oversaw the work for the day and he kept us in the loop throughout the process. They teared down the old asphalt roof, so it trespassed on my neighbor's property. But Rudy let them know prior to performing it, and my neighbor was totally cool with it. The day involved a lot of noise as they pulled apart the old structure to make way for the new slate. The men worked tirelessly through the sweltering heat as it was sunny in the mid 80s. They worked consistently throughout the day and I was impressed at how much endurance and determination they had. Toward the end of the first day, Abid came to check in on the operation and addressed any further questions. On the second day, it wasn't as laborious, so 3 men were present to install the finishing touches on the roof. Again, they arrived around 8am and left later in the afternoon. Towards the end, I realized that the seam between one side of the roof and wall didn't lay as flat and neatly, so Rudy explained why and placed an additional slate layer on top. The men made sure to thoroughly clean up afterward too. They did an amazing job in renovating the roof as the color and layout look great. Abid also returned at the end to ensure that everything met our standards. Overall, I would highly recommend Quality Homes USA to any homeowner looking to get work done on their roofs. The entire process was quicker than we expected! From the consultation to the finished product, it was a span of 2 weeks and would've been even sooner if it wasn't for the rain. Every person that we met throughout the process was kind, patient and knowledgeable. The crew was incredibly hardworking, especially considering the tough and humid conditions they worked under. Quality Homes USA provides exceptional service and terrific results that I know will last.
