We placed an order for a sample product to make sure the product was well made before placing the actual order. Order was placed, order # and delivery date was received. Only it came and went without anyone reaching out to us to let us know about possible delays or even cancellation of this order. I have tried contacting them several times; all attempts to contact us are being ignored.So glad to have had this experience now; rather than when placing and paying for bigger order(s) as these people are unreliable and not willing/able to honor the orders.
