We are currently renovating our house and was looking at LVPs. One of the staff there named Brendan was extremely helpful. We were looking for certain brands and particular LVPs and he knew where to look for them. We were able to look at bigger samples of floors so we can make better decisions. Brendan even told us that we could borrow the samples so we can actually see them in the house. We just paid a deposit to take 4 big samples out of the store. Going further, he also checked on availability for all the flooring samples we looked at so we knew whether we would be able to order them for the house soon. This was tremendous help. I bought my vinyl floors here, excellent customer service. Gave me an excellent price and when I had extra boxes leftover they took it back and gave me a full refund. Nixon was professional and courteous.
