I had such an amazing experience from beginning to end with Genevieve! Upon entry, I was greeted with a big smile and felt so welcome as we went through what I entered in my intake form. During the facial, she ensured I was comfortable, checking in on me and explaining every step along the way. She was super patient with me (I tend to ask A LOT of questions when it comes to understanding the process of things), and even followed up a few days later. I'm out of state, but will definitely visit again!
