I wrote a one star review yesterday after the woman at bj's optical broke my nose pad prong and then told me I needed a new pair of glasses. I wrote a complaint by email and got a call today from Marta. long story short, they took my lenses and gave me a new frame at no charge. I think it's important to acknowledge when a company does the right thing after one of their reps at first did the wrong thing. I am very grateful that they fixed this and that goes a long way with me. Harry

All of the members of the optical team are fantastic, and I’m pretty sure we’ve worked with everyone at this point! My son loves his glasses. He’s had several pairs and they’ve all held up really well.

From the eye exam to trying on my new progressive glasses everything went smooth and easy.
