Easy to make appointment. Totally professional in every aspect of his practice. He is empathetic and actually listens to everything you have to say. Knowledge and provides viable options if available. I have utmost respect for this doctor. I would never been seen by anyone else.

Dr. Rovner performed 3 surgeries on me, 2 lower back and my neck. Excellent surgeon, all 3 surgeries went very well, gave me excellent relief of my pain, very successful outcomes. I highly recommend Dr. Rover to anyone who is having back and neck pain… Thank you Dr. and staff…

Dr Rovner performed spinal surgery on me in Nov 2012. He knew I had a problem he also knew I was desperate for surgery because I had a hard time even walking. Thank you for changing my life trajectory to a positive. Forever grateful !

Aron D. Rovner, MD, is a highly respected orthopedic surgeon serving New Jersey and the greater New York area at New York Spine and Sports Surgery. Patients come from all over the world to seek treatment at his two locations in Garden City, New York, and Fair Lawn, New Jersey. After graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in biological science and economics, Dr. Rovner earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He went on to complete an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx and an adult and pediatric spine surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
