Alec Beback came to repair my A/C and was helpful and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. Because my system was 18 years old I asked for a new A/C quote and Brian was there same day to price a unit to fit my house again at a resonable price. Best part next day delivery! The installation was more than expected from Auston and Scott and Auston's last words to me please call if I have any problems as explained total care of the unit and warranty. T-MARK should be proud of their employees and I know they are because it usually comes from the top down!
Logan was able to explain to me things about my unit in terms I would understand! She was phenomenal and someone I would request. If she is what the company employees, then they are doing a great job!
Did a very professional and complete job. This was a lot a simple fix but he was very professional and kept working till the job was done. Even gave me recommendations for care and next steps if my issue arises again. I would ask for him next time I get any plumbing work done
