Attempted clean out of clog in rain water underground water line, but after diligent attempts turned out to be a break in the line, with intrusion of tree roots and resulting build up of mud and debris. Technician then called in his Supervisor, who scoped the line and determined that a 30-35 foot section was completely clogged and replacement of that section would be only practical solution in light of the break. Both the technician and his supervisor were patient, knowledgeable, and informative, making everything clear as to what happened and what needed to be done.
