They are very respectful of using the right pronouns and preferred name. The care I received was good and they answered all of my questions. They've got a good team over there.
The wait times are long and I received the most compassionate patient care I’ve ever experienced.After a 2.5 hour wait I was finally taken to the procedure room. My nurse, Jennifer, was warm and put me at ease. The doctor on staff supervised a resident physician who performed the procedure which explains the long wait times. The lead physician was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and the resident was excellent. The pain management options made an excruciating procedure manageable and soothed my anxiety. Needed care for an infection urgently, was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, was seen and treated promptly. Everyone was very warm and super professional, would be happy to be treated here again if I needed care.
