    Matt was really great. He had a workout already planned and ready for when you got there. He spent a lot of time one on one with you making sure to watch your form and just get to know you as a person. He was really nice and has a great facility. I highly recommend seeing Matt if you need a personal trainer!!

    I’ve been training with Matt for a little over 2.5 years now. Matt listens to my concerns and is very in tune with my goals. Not only have I changed physically but mentally as well. Matt is very informative and has helped me with my overall mindset regarding nutrition. Ive learned how to have a manageable balance between fitness, nutrition and being able to maintain a balanced social Life as well.The MAC fitness facility is always clean and is a very welcoming environment.A++ in my book I Highly recommend MAC Fitness

    The thoughtful workout programing is what makes MAC Fittness work for me... Im able to come 4 to 5 days a week at a strong pace for me and avoid injury and over usage of any muscle groups or joints... The Trainers are able to encourage you and keep you safe with pointers on form and function... The group total body workouts are challenging and the body part specific semi private weight training has been very benificial to me when it comes to getting stronger and shaping my body, so I feel better about myself and my overall confidence... Give it a try and give it your all and you will definatley see positive results you will be proud of.
