    The thoughtful workout programing is what makes MAC Fittness work for me... Im able to come 4 to 5 days a week at a strong pace for me and avoid injury and over usage of any muscle groups or joints... The Trainers are able to encourage you and keep you safe with pointers on form and function... The group total body workouts are challenging and the body part specific semi private weight training has been very benificial to me when it comes to getting stronger and shaping my body, so I feel better about myself and my overall confidence... Give it a try and give it your all and you will definatley see positive results you will be proud of.

    Matthew Cybulski is a truly excellent trainer, He combines an encyclopedic knowledge of training methodologies, and nutrition with an enthusiastic commitment to his work and clients. He is the perfect combination or tough and warm, he works on you as a whole person, mentally, emotionally and physically. Best of all he really listens, tailoring workouts to achieve your goals, within the schedule and time you have available. Because of Matt’s efforts I have transformed, and most importantly he made working out fun. I consider myself lucky to have found him, and wholeheartedly recommend him. - Laura Helen
