Dave and his crew were top notch! I fired up my central air this spring and - nada. After doing a ton of research, and reading reviews of others I found that Jim Collins was local, had a “ma and pa” feel to it, and nobody really had anything negative to say. I now see why.Dave and his crew came out a couple weeks ago just to check out my system. After a few diagnostic steps, it was found the old system was cooked. We have used Jim Collins Heating and Cooling on several occasions. They are very responsive, extremely clean, professional, and have very fair pricing. I've used their services more than a few times, and *every* time, I've been beyond impressed. Today, my furnace was in need of repair, I figured it'd be a tall order in the middle of a snow and ice storm. Nope. Not for these folks.
