From the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable and comforting to answer my many questions. Since the very first day, through COVID and on going Ashley continues to provide exceptional care and professionalism always. My skin and lashes have maintained through anything. And I mean from daily routines, swimming in the CA oceans, parasailing, Disney rides, horseback riding, UTV rides in the mountains of UT to skydiving to mention a few. “I tried to set up a consultation with Katie as I am not one to book an appointment over the phone without meeting the hairstylist I was hoping to see. Being Mother’s Day weekend, I understood that this may be difficult since I was in Chicago also. I responded to her text with my availability saying I would be back in Buffalo on Tuesday hoping to book a consultation. It has now been three weeks and never heard from her. The salon, as well as Katie, was given great reviews. No matter how great the reviews are if the salon cannot get back to you makes you think twice about going there that maybe they did not want you as a client in first place.“

“I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa recently when I had a facial. She offers many services but this "relaxing facial" that she offers was just what I needed after a long and stressful week.Her studio was very calming and she was professional and chill. Lisa has a lot of professional experience as an esthetician so the facial was wonderful. She gave a lovely facial massage which released all the tension from a long week. I made the right decision and upgraded to a gel mask which was sealed in extra hydration. To top it off she was lovely and chatting with her was a bonus.It was very easy to reach her and make an appointment. Her studio is located in the heart of the the village of Hamburg and there is plenty of parking. She also offers brow and lash services. I highly recommend her and will be back to try her other services soon.“

“Hannah did an awesome job on my first brow tint! It was only $18 which I thought was extremely reasonable! She did my wedding makeup as well and did an amazing job then too. Everyone loved mine and my bridesmaids makeup and raved about it so much that my SIL booked her for her wedding as well. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I'm so glad I did because she made me more confident with my brows. She even gave me some good tips and explained the differences between the different services. I can't wait to go back and try brow lamination and lash tints with her as well. Her space is so cute and it was easy to book online with her!“
