I don’t typically leave reviews but I have to give praise when needed. Switched over my dog from another vet she has been going to for 9 years and I’m so happy I did. The staff was wonderful and so patient with her, they even gave her a break mid exam so she could stop being so anxious and talked my girl through her entire exam. They really went above and beyond, right down to going over my bill before they proceed to do everything to ensure I was okay with the cost financially - my previous vet never did that and I thought it was really considerate of them.
We called Elma Animal Hospital in 2018 because my puppy ended up with fleas from the breeder. Nicole told us to come right in and took great care of us. Katie and the vet techs are fantastic with our dogs. Dr Sweeney and Dr Vallaincourt are also fantastic. We now come all the way from East Amherst. They are definitely worth the drive!
