“I am not a medically needy person per say...I'm healthy and rarely ever do I need to contact a doctor...but obviously I have one for yearly physicals and than anything else that might pop up. I've had a few different doctors over the years... I'm not a person who just picks a place and sticks with it unless I really like it, I never liked any of my primary doctors that I've had in past years so I never stuck with them, I didn't like their attitude walking in like they were God Almighty not listening to anything that you say or trying to make a problem out of nothing etc...2 years ago I found Southgate medical where I have my new doctor (Redenbach) and so far I'm loving it! I never wait long when I go in there... usually I'm called right away, the girls at the counter are always awesome, my doctor is younger which I am grateful for, she's very personable knows how to laugh, isn't stiff or stuffy like most physicians... really makes you feel like you've known her forever which makes you feel more comfortable being there, let's face it nobody likes to go to the Dr. and it's always hard to find time to even go! Finding a doctor who acts like a real human being and also treats you like a human being it's really promising!! I am hopeful she is the very last doctor I will ever need, she's the kind of person/doctor that I would follow if she left the group. One perk I also like is they actually pay attention to their patient portal unlike other places, if I ever send any test results or anything else that pops up or I have a question that it does not need a office visit or phone call they are totally on the ball with it!“

“Grrrrrrrr8 job folks! Starting with Dawn who took my info to schedule a new patient appointment, then Alex who called me to schedule an appointment right away due to a cancelation, Wow!! A very friendly greeting when I arrived for my appt and prompt service by Nurese Lisa who got me started by explaining everything that was going to happen followed by Emily PA who did a "full" body scan, told me what she found and what needed to be done. She then proceeded to freeze a couple spots and take 2 biopsies which involved a little discomfort but were handled very well. Lisa took over again and got me ready to leave with wound care instructions, etc. She also escorted me to the exit/front desk where next years appointment was made. Everything was done efficently and in a caring manner. The appointment took about 30 minutes total Thank you very much everyone.“

“Doctors are fine. Staff however made my dad's appt very inconvenient,esp because it's difficult getting him places. Arrived to appt on time. Realized he left his ID and insurance card at home. Had a screen shot of info but it was refused. Asked if I could run home and get his ID and insurance card and they said yes. When I returned they told me my dad could not be seen now for another hour and a half.Took 3 weeks to get this appt so we waited. I could not take home home in wheel chair to come back in that time span. I dont know how ID cards like car insurance and covid vaccine cards can be viewed on a phone but not a license or insurance card. We wrre vety annoyed“

“I absolutely love the way the staff treats my family. I've got some very emotional teenagers, that they treat so well. It's tough enough being a teen with Acne, but then to have to have a doctor involved... it become embarrassing. But, Doc Miller, PA Tiffany Mock, & PA William Goode have all treated my family & made them walk out with hope & a bit more confidence. I absolutely LOVE that they have a walk-in clinic!!!
