My daughter finally retired her braces for a pair of retainers. It was a long few years, but it was absolutely worth it. There is no other place I would have chosen to take her on this journey. From the second you walk in the door, you’re greeted with love and friendly faces.

The thing I appreciated most was the staff and how patient and welcoming they were with my daughter, who struggles with anxiety. They put her worries at ease and explained every single step along the way so she always knew what to expect. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Jen was also amazing when it came to explaining payment options and making everything easy to understand.

Recently, when we went to pick up her new retainers, there was a small mishap and they didn’t fit. Mistakes happen — it’s not the end of the world — but what matters is how it’s handled. Dr. Manzella felt so bad that he didn’t even count the retainers under our warranty and gave them to us completely free. On top of that, he included a whitening kit as well.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Manzella. He gave my daughter her confidence back and a beautiful smile she can truly be proud of. That kind of care goes beyond orthodontics — it changes how a child sees themselves.
