One of the guys there that does part of the eye exam (Jared) treated me like I was a grade school child. It was insulting. He was kind of weird, but other than that, my experience there was ok.
Fantastic experience with this place! Super nice staff makes you feel right at home. Excellent service where the friendly staff talks to you, not at you or down to you. Super fast getting me in and out, and I received my frames and lenses well within reasonable time. This was my first experience, but I will definitely be returning. Great local place in west seneca. The kind of small and attentive business you want in your neighborhood. 100 percent satisfied and definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a family friendly optician.
Best place in the world lol like legit the Dr there was the only women Dr on earth to tell me that I'm kinda half blind and my new glasses came in nice and quick as well. Hope you all have a blessed day to whoever that reads this.
