“We hired Primo to do a full scale renovation of our backyard, and after meeting with a number of different landscapers across varying types (i.e. more design-y, more one-person-shop, etc.), we landed on Primo because of they were 1) full-service, 2) had extensive expertise, and 3) their service and professionalism.

We felt confident moving forward with Primo because of the peace-of-mind in working with a company that could navigate changes as they emerged. While they weren't the cheapest proposal, they were the best value.

Primo transformed our grass slope into a multi-leveled backyard that we can grow into.

- Vincent was incredibly available and communicative throughout the project, keeping me updated, answering any and all of my questions, and offering me his opinion and guidance at every step of the way.
- The team is incredibly efficient and professional. No one could believe how much they could do in just three weeks.
- When we ran into a snag with the permit, Primo worked tirelessly to expedite approval.
- Primo managed subcontractors needed to navigate sewer drains, fences, etc.
- Even after the last check was paid, Primo and Vincent came back to re-seed, clean up mulch, and educate us on how to maintain our new backyard.

The bottom line: I'd hire Primo again to do more work.“
