Absolutely amazing with children! Kind, knowledgeable, patient, gentle and thorough. I even noticed with the difficult ones that the techs weren't afraid to call someone in more experienced or for help, rather than just sticking the kids a ton of times. Their hours are very convenient as well when considering working families. A little bit of a wait, but very well worth it. Highly recommend for children.
Anthony and Jay took my one year old’s blood like a PRO!!! So so so thankful to them for making the experience so great. We had a lot of anxiety going in after a bad experience at the pediatrician. We will not hesitate to come straight to Good Sam in the future.
I've been using GSH lab for a very long time and have always been satisfied with the care they provide in a very clean and orderly office. Today I needed to pick up copies of labwork I had done to bring to my physician and Gia was so helpful.I spoke to her on the phone and everything was ready when I arrived. Labeled stapled and ready to go. Gia was so pleasant and is an example of how employees should present themselves. Thank you Gia!
