I went here for a wash, roller set and blow out. They did a terrible job roller setting my hair and an even worse job blowing it out. The worst part of the experience is that the stylist blamed my 3C/4A hair by telling me I have terrible hair that is hard to work with. At that point there was no argument to be had with a disrespectful and unskilled stylist. Don't waste your time or money! There are better salons 5 minutes away in Hempstead . If "No Stars" was an option that is the rating I would give this place.

A friend recommended this salon to me. Great customer service, however HORRIFIC results. One of my nails came off before the 2 week mark and that's when I realized fungus was growing so decided to take all the nails off, just to find out I have 2 more nails with fungus!!! I have been doing my nails for a very long time and this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. I showed the lady and asked her for a refund but she refused and told me to go back so she can fix them. Extremely disgusted & extremely disappointed. Never again!!!

I am so unhappy with the service here . Firstly , I had come in and asked the lady whom was said to be in charge if they are experienced with eyelash extensions and she gave me a positive yes . Further so I believed her and waited at least 40 minutes to be helped which I did not mind at all because I know they had been busy but bear in mind when I was helped eventually the girl who was doing my eyelashes must have been either in a hurry or isn't experienced with lashes but my eyelashes was not even and not clean ( glue was visible ) . I had told her attests 2 or 3 times to redo certain parts because it looked really visible and untidy . She fixed it but I could tell... read full review
