If I could give zero stars I would . The lady who was washing my hair I specifically told her I just took my braids out you need to condition and comb it out . She proceeded to wash my hair without combing out creating dread locks and so many knots I had to take the comb from her because I felt my hair being pulled and coming out . As I looked it was chunks of my hair in the sink I called the owner over and as proceeded to come over they want to talk in Spanish as always not knowing you know Spanish . Asking her what she did and I said I don’t want you touching my hair anymore I will comb it out on my ownServices: Blowouts

Went here for a wash and blow, which was just ok and was highly overpriced. They charged me $80 for nothing and when I asked why so much only answer I got was the deep condition was $10. I will never go here again and see why they have so many bad views. Take your business elsewhere!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I typically don’t write reviews, especially a bad one. They attempted to charge $150 to wash, color and blow dry my short natural hair..After speaking with owner via test message… she dropped the price to $125, which was still insane, considering I didn’t not receive a deep treatment, roller set, etc. the quality of their products and technique were below average. My hair looked like something my 7 year old could have done for me at home.. TRASH SALON! Never again will I visit this salon. Don’t waste your time or money! There are better places in the area. I only chose this one out of convenience!
