She gave us a detailed background of why and how the salt caves benefit one's health and well-being. Our 45 minute session in the soothing cave was complimented by the gentle lapping of a small waterfall, and relaxing music. We felt like we had the world's best nap! “I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. Jamie is amazing, Clo and Carrie have helped me to regain full mobility and Sam has been so awesome at helping me regain my strength.
