We had such a fantastic experience with Felix! From the very first phone call, he was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, took his time with the cleaning, and managed to get out every stain I thought was impossible to remove. I really appreciated his honesty and fair pricing—no hidden costs or surprises. My carpets look like new, and based on this wonderful experience, I’ll definitely be scheduling annual cleanings going forward. Highly recommend!!
