My experiences at the Lifetime Spa have always been top-notch. The team there makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. My stylist Karen B has been in the business for years - she really loves what she does and it shows in her work!For the few people posting negative reviews, I think they are just pissed off that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy - and their negativity is unfounded. These clients should have more respect for the stylists and staff who have to manage tight schedules and a demanding clientele.

I always have a great experience at LifeSpa in Harrison. Karen is wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable about my hair. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel special when I am there.

Would give this more stars except for the very annoying elevator music emanating from speakers around the pool which makes it impossible to read or relax. At 10am? Really? Apparently it cannot be stopped per pool staff so only alternative is to leave thus spending less money on breakfast and/or lunch.
